Drew the Path

Andrew Drew Retter secretly witnesses the brutal murder of his relatives at age ten. The crucial details of that fateful night escape Drews memory much like the murderer escaped without a trace. In addition to a broken, vengeful heart, he is bequeathed two multi-million dollar corporations, a mansion, and a pocket watch engraved with a foreign encryption. Drew is scheduled to take control over the corporations, after graduating high school, when he stumbles upon a hidden door in the forest behind his mansion. Curiosity thrusts him down stairs and through underground tunnels to a clandestine world that had been in existence for almost three hundred years. With the aid of the decoded message from the pocket watch, Drew gains access to the hidden civilization. A decision must be made. Does he assume the role in the world above for which he is slated, or risk it all, including his life, in search of answers and possibly revenge for the crime that happened seven years prior?
