This is an RPG (roleplaying game) based on the rules and realities of the cartoon world. It's purpose is to be funny, light, and as crazy as possible. You, the player, create a cartoon that fits perfectly into a specific type of cartoon (Pre 1940's black and white, offensive satire, Disney like, etc.), and after you fill out a very simple character sheet, you and your teammates go forth and make yourselves into legends. You could be a team of Marine Rats dedicated to the retrieval of the cheese wheel on the high shelf of the counter. Or maybe you're a wizard pupil who was tasked by the Master to clean up an entire castle, but the guy accidentally left his magic hat behind. Or maybe you're the family dog with the great duty of protecting the family's baby, who is a magnet for the worst kind of trouble. Anything you've seen in a cartoon, it can happen.

Consider this as a nice, quick fun game to play in between your longer, more serious RPGs. Everyone needs a laugh, and this is guaranteed to deliver.
