Done With Love

julie falls in love with ryan when she meets him, but he's a tough nut to crack. though their friendship blossoms into a closeness to which nothing compares, ryan doesn't find time to see julie again for many years. her unrequited love finds a peaceful existence in distance. but one day he comes home to san francisco, not just as julie's best friend and boss, but returning to the fold of julie's little urban family: cynthia, her college roommate, and josh, ryan's best friend and cynthia's boyfriend. the intimate nature of their little group makes it impossible for julie's feelings to stay repressed and she must learn to want, need and lust for him without touching him. and somehow go on with her own romantic life. determined to get over him and yet be true to her ethics, julie decides to put romantic love behind her and focus instead on everything else life has to offer. until ryan comes up with a different plan.
