Destroying the Works of the Destroyer

The Bible says that the thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. But Jesus Christ came to give life and the more abundant life (Jn 10:10). The Word of God says that Jesus Christ was manifested in order to destroy the works of the devil (1 Jn 3:8). The works of the devil involve stealing from men, killing them, and destroying their life and eternity. And since we are the Offsprings of God, our work must, of necessity, include destroying the works of the devil. The works of the devil are in demonic possession, obsession, oppression, attack, and manipulation. But no matter how the devil comes against us, we have authority and power in the Name of Jesus Christ to stop and destroy their works. The Power of the Holy Spirit is available to us in our contending against the forces of darkness. And the yoke of the enemy will be broken because (by the reason) of the Anointing of the Holy Spirit.
