The demonstration of the Spirit and of power is the Manifestation of the Holy Spirit in signs, wonders, miracles, and the other Gifts of the Holy Spirit. The demonstration of power (the Power of the Holy Ghost) is in the manifestation and demonstration of the Power-gifts of the Holy Spirit; the demonstration of the Spirit is in the manifestation of the word of wisdom, the word of knowledge, discerning of spirits, prophecy, diverse kinds of tongues, interpretation of tongues, and other spiritual manifestations. The Gospel or the Word of God is not supposed to go forth in word only; but it is to be accompanied with the demonstration of the Spirit and of power. It is through the greatness of God’s Power that His enemies will submit to Him.
