17 day diet by Dr. Michael Moreno is an excellent book for anyone thinking to lose weight. However, the recipes included in the book are not much. for example in the first cycle called "Accelerate", author has given the sample menus with the recommendation,

"Here are examples of how you can create your daily menu during the Accelerate Cycle. You may follow these exactly or create your own menus based on the above guidelines. "

and for the breakfast if you are going to follow the sample menu then you will have mostly eggs(hard-boiled, poached eggs or scrambled) simple green tea, some fresh fruit, low fat yogurt etc.).

For those of you (like me) who want to lose weight and at the same time don't want to eat monotonously, "17 DAY DELICIOUS BREAKFAST RECIPES" book will be very helpful. Here you will find 7 different ways to prepare green teas, more than 15 delicious recipes to consume eggs, 5 excellent recipes for kefir and many more mouth watering breakfast recipes that follow the author's guideline.
