That's a good question. I'd say this story probably won't be like anything they've experienced before. I wove in so many elements: vanquished cultures, discoveries, death and rebirth. I play with power dynamics, gender dynamics and relationship paradigms. I do NOT stay inside the "vanilla" sex box. The characters' sensual experiences go all over the spectrum. I had FUN writing this novel and I think my joy will infect anyone who reads it.

Because this book is full of wonder. There's strange magics and cultures and the sexuality is twined within and around all of it.
