My life as an Alcoholic, Bipolar Co-Dependant with Multiple Personalities, a Messianic Complex and various Chemical Imbalances has never been dull, has often been life threatening for me or someone else and has always required an enormous amount of Divine Intervention.
This is the story of my journey through Mental Illness, my “Nut Bar” Autobiography if you like. I have been admitted to psychiatric hospitals nineteen or twenty times and what follows is the story of my life in that period. I have not been back to the psych wards for 15 years now and today I find myself a respected and responsible member of my community living Off the Grid in Northern Canada.
I hope this book will be interesting and helpful regardless of which side of the 'locked end door' you've been on.
