After a sleepless night in the Insula Alpha barracks, the Coxworth Academy schoolboys prepare for their first day of classes. Their morning ablutions, however, are interrupted by their meddlesome housemother, Lady Oakley, who amuses herself by sneaking peeks at their male anatomies. Afterwards, Andrew seeks shelter at the 'Triclinium', the college dining hall, but is immediately waylaid by Bess, the sexy schoolgirl who has claimed ownership of her personal grooming partner. While Bess takes her masturbatory mate in tow, Andrew's alienated girlfriend, Abrial, seethes when she sees the bulge that the bitch has cultivated in her boyfriend's britches.

Later that day, when Andrew and Abrial meet at the 'Palaestra' for gym class, Andrew's attempt at reconciliation is delayed by exuberant Eleanor Coxworth, who introduces the twelve students to their instructors: old Coach McGuire, a renowned wrestling mentor, and young Coach Katrina, a former Olympic wrestling medalist. The class begins with a lesson on self-defense that turns into a battle of the sexes when a chauvinistic misogynist named Stan impudently agrees to wrestle with the female coach. His superior attitude angers Katrina, who reacts by giving him a lesson in respect that he won't soon forget.
