Changeling

The cops call the dockside neighborhoods of Moretown Bay "South of 40th." The locals call it The Shadows. Anything illegal with a magical bent can be bought or sold in The Shadows, and in this neighborhood, drug deals and prostitution and territorial skirmishes among the goblin gangs don't hold a candle to the real crimes that go on behind closed doors.

Most humans don't venture into The Shadows after midnight, but Rory's not like most humans. He's searching for an answer in the only place he believes he can find it -- among the changelings who work the streets in The Shadows.
