When Sheri Malone agrees to look after her aunt’s guesthouse Ballyheights in Ireland, she was not expecting the team of archaeologists waiting for her on her arrival. Neither would she have imagined herself falling for their handsome leader, Professor Liam Brennan, famous for his TV programmes Journeys Through Time and sharing that attraction with a good percentage of the female population in Ireland who fancy the young, handsome professor!

During their stay, Sheri becomes more involved in the lives and activities of the team who take over the house with their boxes of technical equipment and ancient relics. She is shown around the archaeological site and is told of the legend of a young maiden found outside the castle walls in the snow that inspired the current dig.

Sheri is drawn into a world of secrets, romance, ghostly happenings and mysterious events as her relationship with the Professor despite its ups and downs, seems to have been destined since the beginning of time. Listening to the steady rhythm of the sea, Sheri feels spiritually drawn to Ballyheights … as if she had been called to her Destiny … Could that Destiny be connected with Professor Liam Brennan?
