LONG BLURB Every night for the last week, Wilson dreams about Charli. Perfect in every way, Chari is Wilson's Dream Girl, but she's just too perfect to be real. Or…is it possible that this woman is not a figment of his imagination, but his live, flesh and blood soul mate waiting to be claimed.

Every night, CJ, dreams about a dream date with her dream lover, Mitch. With the face of an angel and the body of a god, he's everything she ever wanted. But he's only a dream. He couldn't possibly be a real person, could he?
Then something magical happens. Mr. & Miss. Perfect meet when they're teamed together on a special project.

EXCERPT

Mitchell hung up and went back to work just as Evan walked in. He sat in a chair opposite Mitch, crossed his left leg over the right and scratched his cheek. "I've been thinking about your dream, Mitch."

He looked up and stared. "Yes."

"Do you think it could be some kind of sign?"

Mitch lifted his hand to his chin, rubbing the underside with his thumb, "That's what I've been wondering."

"Well, if it is, you should do something about it."

"Like what?"

"Mitch, Mitch, Mitch. That's why you're still a junior partner instead of a full partner. You have to be pro-active."

"Oh. I thought it was because no one has made partner in less than two years and this is my first year. That's what you told me."

He scratched his thin hair. "That, too, now here's a short list of what you should do." He handed Mitch a post it with four things scribbled in his incomparably poor penmanship.

Thank goodness, he had a pharmacist friend and gotten his take on how to decipher Ev's hieroglyphics six months ago. Mitch had received two promotions since then. In order to display his prowess in deciphering Evan's coded messages, he read the list aloud,

  1. "Read personals and place ad."
  2. "Check online dating services."
  3. "Patronize various Starbucks in search of the lovely lady."
  4. "Visit psychic, fortune teller extraordinaire, Madam Soriano on Canal Street."

Ev grinned. "What do you think?"

Mitchell shook his head and made a clicking sound with his mouth and tongue. "Why didn't I think of that?"

"You're getting there, I can see the growth in you each day. With my help you'll be a top tier ad man in no time, which is the main reason I'm here. It seems we've dropped the ball with our brand new client, the up and coming women's fashion designer and manufacturer, Comely Creations. Our ad campaign is a week behind. Could you take it over and bail us out?"

"Sure. Let me have what's been done and I'll finish it up."
A funny look evolved on Ev's angular face and he suddenly found the ceiling interesting. "That's part of the problem. When we got the account three weeks ago, no one bothered to assign it."

Wide eyed and open mouthed Mitchell jumped up. "What!"

"Calm down, It's not due until the end of the week."
He knew he should, but he couldn't calm down. "Are you crazy? This is Wednesday."

That got Ev's attention. He flashed an angry look as he stared at him. "Now just a minute. No one's crazy. It's unfortunate the file got overlooked, but we'll deal with it. Here're the files C.C furnished us when we got the contract. Under the circumstances, I want you working on this full time. If you want to work at home, I think with the extra time it would afford you, it's a good idea. Your contact at C.C. is lead fashion designer, Miss C.J. Macklin. I suggest you get to work." As Ev turned and walked to the door, Mitchell slid over to his drawing board. As he opened the file, Ev incentivized him. "Save our butts on this one Mitch and I'll recommended you for partnership."
