A lone figure infiltrates a Government building, committing erotic and erogenous acts just out of view of Camera 03. Whilst he tries to uncover who the culprit was, he discovers a secret. The true intention and inspiration behind such a tale comes from years ago when I visited a government building and sat in a waiting room. Whilst waiting to be received by an agent, I watched the nearby employees. They gossiped and threw notes around, smiling and winking at one another or practically anyone who looked at them. So, then, I thought, that what if I could recreate such a scene in short but reveal a darker side to the most secure and information sensitive buildings of our modern worlds.
