New York is terrorized once again by a series of suicide bombings. Outrage and revenge are the orders of the day. Paul Sullivan who lost everything including the love of his life sets out for some good old fashion revenge. He finds out quickly that he is not alone. The problem is that forces many people think are good are actually evil and are using suicide bombers to keep Americans in a constant state of fear.
