“What time is it?” Emily asked. “And by 'What time is it,' I mean, 'How much time do we have left on the clock for lunch?'”

Adam kept reading for a few more seconds before looking down at his wrist watch and answering.

“Ummmm, it looks like we have about twenty minutes left,” he said. “Why do you ask?”

“Oh no reason in particular,” Emily said. “I just like to keep good track of what time it is. Do you think it's hot in here?”

Emily stood up and made sure the door was locked.

“Why are you making sure the door is locked?” Adam asked.

“Oh, you know. Sometimes it's just good to make sure no one can just walk in on us. These are very secret documents from the U.S. government you know. What if someone just came walking in here, grabbed them and ran out?” Emily asked.

“That's a really good point, Emily,” Adam said.

“Oh, I know,” Emily said with a slight smile on her face.

Adam kept diligently looking at the document as she slowly walked over to him, sinking down on her haunches when she got to where he sat. He still didn't seem to notice her, but that didn't matter since he was sitting so that his abdomen faced her as he turned to his left toward the table so he could read the papers.

Without saying anything Emily undid his belt and his pants. He just kept looking at the papers like a child who had found his father’s Penthouse magazine.
