Banquet of Wines

As strategists in the Kingdom of God, we are often engaged in warfare; Paul reminds us that we wrestle not against flesh and blood This gives us the cue that we must prepare our strategies for victory and most importantly that these strategies are not literal army artilleries such as high caliber weapons, missile launchers, cannons and howitzers, instead they are theocratic weapons of mass destruction! There are four critical strategies of war that proves effective in bringing about the desired outcome when used correctly...... The banquet of wines is therefore administered as a reminder and memorial of the assurance we have as believers that likewise we too have dominion and victory over hamanic forces as a result of the shed blood of Jesus Christ. The banquet of wines may be observed as the power of the atonement! It is not just a mere ritual and must not be limited to an understanding of showing forth the Lords death, but more profoundly it should remind us of the effects of His death- because He died, you and I have life. His death has brought for humanity the hope of victory over death and protection from the snare of the fowler. Today we have confidence in the efficacy of His blood to come against all principalities and powers of the adversary. Yet I have a problem! Has the church been applying the blood effectively as a strategy of war? Do believers apply the blood appropriately when experiencing spiritual attack on the job for instance?
