Times are hard economically
With an on-going economic downturn currently continuing to trouble many lives, these times are being compared to The Great Depression, one of the most severe economic times recorded.
Many people feel the world as a whole is struggling with all of these issues today. These are tough times. Unemployment still stays at a level where many millions are unemployed.
There has been an increase in the number of people who through no fault of their own, have sunk down to the poverty level of living. The number of people going hungry without reassurance they can eat, that to, is climbing.
I hope that all of this and the other unstable economic factors don't continue to lead to another Great Depression, but I believe it is better to be safe, than sorry.
This cookbook is designed to help people who are scaling down their budget for any reason, and yet want to continue to adequately feed themselves and their family.
This book is written and shared with love. Hope it helps, and will be a benefit to people who cook out of necessity and love for those who they serve.
