There will be mostly philosophy in the book with real life examples; it will go around and against generic dogmas, beliefs and rules. Even though it's called a "system", there will be no such thing as "5 rules to lose weight", it is a system because there are systematical approaches used. Anti-Habit System is not a program, not a teaching, not a cult or a belief; it is pure logical philosophical and beneficial use of human habits. Main result is not to completely quit everything and have a boring life, but to be able to enjoy your habits for a long while without consequences.
