Explanations – Daily Heroes – And the Great Chief said – No 520  - 16th of October 2015.

In this tribe, the Great Chief was speaking wisdom..  What came out of his words always meant justice.
All listened to him in respect.
The Great Chief White Cloud governed well his tribe.
Now he was just preparing for the union of his charming daughter to Sitting Bull.
It would be a very special day,
Other tribes would come and participate to the wedding ceremony.
One day Rising Sun went to a favorite place.
Suddenly, she had seen an unknown indian cavalier.
He looked at her with such admiration that she tried to escape.
-Who are you said he?
-I don’t have to answer you.  I don’t know you.
-I want you to become my wife.
-I am already engaged and will get married tomorrow.
-That will not happen said he.

And he followed her to the tent she was entering, that is that of her father, The Great Chief.
She showed him the young indian waiting outside.
-White Cloud asked him what he wanted.
-I want to marry the young Indian who had just entered your tent.
-My daughter is already engaged and she will get married to a brave Indian I know and esteem.
A promise is a promise.
-You will have to break it or I will make war to you with my group.

-The daughter of my sister, Black Beauty, is an extraordinary young woman.  She is fantastic in fishing and hunting.  I believe I am a fair  judge of men.
Here is a picture of her.
From what I can see of you, you would be the kind of man who could conquer her heart.  What do you think?
And something about her guided White Rabbit to accept the proposal.

That is one way to show the wisdom of the Great Chief.
See what follows!
