In the sequel to The Golddigger's Club, Monica Hatcher, Stephanie Robinson and Deidre Wright return, making efforts to put their lives back together in the wake of disappointments and tragedies. After a miscarriage and various deceptions, Stephanie seeks to rebuild trust between herself and her singer/boyfriend, Levin. The road is rocky due to persistent rumors about their relationship and her icy interactions with his manager, Victor. Stephanie believes she’s found a way to control the situation when she meets Shane, a naïve singer who signs a management contract with Victor. She uses the budding “friendship” as a way to spy on Victor and Levin. Stephanie discovers she’s not the only one telling lies.

Meanwhile, Stephanie’s friend, Monica and her pro footballer husband, Tony, haven’t spoken in a couple of weeks. Monica is angry about the fact that he may have a child outside their marriage. She deals with her anger by throwing herself into her new Public Relations business. Her growing clientele keeps her busy, until Tony comes to her suggesting they visit a marriage counselor. But is he really ready to change?

Deidre (Dee) is trying to get back to normal after she and her man, Dwayne Shoreshire, are investigated for a money laundering operation. Unfortunately, tension between them continues to build as Dwayne blames her for his sullied business reputation. Frustrated with each other, they agree to an open relationship. Shortly thereafter, she meets bank VP, Edward Hamilton. He pursues her relentlessly but she's not sure she can trust him.

The effects of love and money are intricately woven into All Gold, No Glitter. Friends Monica, Stephanie and Dee make hard choices. Some of those choices put their values on the line and require them to reevaluate what’s important to them-all over again.
