(I have faced an alien tribunal, bent upon my death. The aliens were much more intelligent than I am. However, I’m smarter than the aliens. I have emerged from the hearing with my life and my business intact. Now comes the difficult part.)
I go to a medical facility and I walk Aaia over to a private room. I talk to the lady. “Someone, probably some group, sent you to me. Of course, since I’m just a simple Earthman, I was too dumb to see that you were sent to me as a weapon to end my life.”
(Aaia is in trouble. She needs to try to work on my mind.) She asks, “Do you think that I wanted to kill you?”
I sigh, “Those who sent you wanted to kill me. They implanted in your mind a command that you kill me. They also implanted in your mind a command, that once you killed me, you were to kill yourself. To those who sent you, you were not a person, merely a tool to implement their plan. I did bruise you a bit, as was necessary. My actions were done to save your life.”
Aaia snaps, “What the advanced civilization people did to my mind was evil. What your people did to my mind was beyond ravishment.”
I smile, “What my people did to your mind was what advanced civilization doctors thought was necessary to remove the kill commands from your mind. The Judge is arranging for more advanced civilization medical advice, to complete the process of removal of the kill commands from your mind and restoration of your mind, to pre-command state.”
Aaia snaps, “And, what did you learn from the invasion of my mind?” (She looks at me with a mixture of maybe rage and fear.)
I smile, “They told me that they removed the kill commands from your mind, They also made some alterations to your mind to remove the mental imbalance that caused you to be sent to an advanced civilization prison. I was told something of the procedures used, but I didn’t understand the medical terms. Finally, they told me that there’s a slight imbalance in your physical system that is a result of your not taking all of your vitamins.”
Aaia is surprised, “Vitamins ..., then you do really care about me.”
I reply sternly, “You are going to take your vitamins, on schedule, or else.”
Aaia answers, “I am not a little girl.” (Then I see a shift in viewpoint.) “I will take my vitamins, but of, my own free will.”
“When whoever sent you to Earth, knew that you were intended to harm me. I could have tied you up, used your body and then killed you. Those who sent you saw you as nothing more than a piece of meat. However, I’m smarter than that. I decided to find out what the woman could do.”
Aaia muses, “You used me in your business. I could read alien documents. I could handle your Earth customers. I could train and deal with your customer interface ladies. You used my mind.”
I smile, “I used your mind and some of your lady skills. You are a skilled, advanced civilization lady. You far outdistance Earth ladies. However, you have a major blind spot. I’m a skilled Earth engineer. However, I have been taking advanced civilization engineering classes, to improve my ability to use alien technology. You have a lot of success, here on Earth, but you have failed to upgrade your skills.”
Aaia snaps, “Oh, just what skills have I failed to upgrade?”
I lecture, “You are under sentence of death, back in your alien civilization world. I can solve that problem, for my lady.”
Aaia snaps, “You may be able to outsmart even an advanced civilization Judge. However, you can’t outsmart an entire advanced civilization legal system.”
I smile, “Your advanced civilization and my Earth civilization have major blind spots. I can use those blind spots to defeat opponents that are much more intelligent than I am.”
