Over the last 35 years Neal Engelking has developed what he likes to call “The Worlds Most Powerful Daily Motivational Routine”. He has titled this routine Accelerated-State Conditioning: A 5-minute daily motivational routine designed to elevate mood and permanently change behavior. Many of us have an occasional bad day when it’s tough to “get going”. Most of us have a habit we would like to eliminate or a new one we would like to form. Many of us are in a “comfort zone” but would like to do more. Neal feels he has a fast, fun and easy tool to accomplish all of the above!
Neal discusses his theory that we have the power to “trigger” or evoke the brain and body’s own natural (endogenous) chemicals underlying positive emotion. He explains why he believes we have the power to “tap our internal pharmacy” any time we wish! With this revolutionary routine Neal has taught himself how to create a series of “chills” or “dopamine/endorphine/rushes” in just a few minutes. And, he has found these chills/rushes lead to an immediate and dramatic elevation in his mood. A “natural high” or temporary state of euphoria if you will.
In addition, Neal will discuss a powerful sub-component of Accelerated-State
Conditioning he calls “SuprAffs”. Learn why he feels “not all affirmations are alike” for changing habits and why SuprAffs (short for Super Affirmations) with five (5) very specific components is a better, faster way to eliminate unwanted habits, compulsions and even addictions.
When Neal accidentally discovered the concept for Accelerated-State Conditioning
(ASC) in 1976 he was trying to make a living in sales but was struggling with depression, overeating, shyness, sales-call reluctance and stage fright. Not the best combination for achieving super-salesman status! At that time Neal had been diagnosed as having Bipolar Disorder and was advised he might have to take medication for the rest of his life. He chose to find alternatives instead.
Over the years Neal taught himself to use Accelerated-State Conditioning to
elevate his mood when depressed and relaxation techniques when “too high”. None of these techniques involve the use of chemicals (except the chemicals resulting from deliberately creating a series of chills during the routine) or medications of any kind. These lessons formed his strong belief that we have the ability to control (with our minds) the internal chemistry underlying fluctuations in mood.
Today at 70, Neal is working, exercising and dancing (Country Western and Swing)
like someone half his age. He has been a high achiever in mortgage sales (1994
Salesman of the Year with HomeAmerican Mortgage, a sister company of Richmond
American Homes) and owned his own mortgage brokerage firm and real estate brokerage company with several branches. He uses the Accelerated-State Conditioning daily and feels it keeps him healthy and motivated.
