With today’s fast paced lifestyle, and the common challenges to women (health, domestic, career, the culture, and the mother-in-law) many are caught up in what is called the “Superwoman Syndrome”, and many are in the dark house (Depression) A woman must develop confidence in the knowledge about herself; her life purpose, her womanhood, the real challenges and her advantages or unique selling points.
