The anticipation of what heaven looks like can be wide and varied.
In our first years on earth as newborns and young children, we spent a few years struggling, crying and wondering what was happening as we got used to our new spiritual / physical way of being. Eventually we learned about life. Then without any real spiritual guidance we soon forgot about our spiritual powers. We live out our lives.
Then, after we die, we struggle as we shed the remnants of having had a physical life. Eventually we re-adjust back to being pure spiritual beings we were but not without gradually first letting go of our physical ways.
