A Divine Union

The exalted gift of renunciation is an invitation
To light the lamp of divinity in a life filled with darkness,
To illuminate it with wisdom and awareness.

To revel in the love of the Divine
To slip into meditation on the Divine
To see through the eyes of the Divine
To soar on the wings of the Divine
To feel this heart beat only in devotion for the Divine
To feel the breath flow by the grace of the Divine

Happiness does not leave but misery does
False security in the ‘other’ is a thing of the past,
Therefore, there is no hesitation in renunciation, no fear of dispassion,
No fright of the unknown, nor apprehension of the unfamiliar

There is nothing to lose and everything to gain!
How beautiful and supreme is this path!
Oh! The Divine Union!
