When Sawyer misses his scheduled tour, he sneaks onto the bus that is on its way to the infamous Hightower Mansion, a former asylum for the criminally insane.  Bored of the usual attractions, Sawyer decides to venture out on his own and into the former hospital.  What he discovers on the sixth floor of the antiquated facility, however, is anything but an ordinary tourist attraction.

Excerpt:
“Come sit down, Cranson.  Let me relax you.”  Mr. Hightower led the angry man to a chair and forced him to sit.  Sawyer watched as the lord of the manor unbuckled and unzipped Cranson’s pants and pulled them to the floor.  Mr. Hightower spread the man’s legs apart and pulled him closer.

******

“You must excuse him, Sawyer.  Cranson can be a bit cranky, but he will be ready to serve us when he returns.  You will see an entirely different side of him.  Only I know how to relax him.”

Sawyer was very aware of that and he was still trying to digest what he had just witnessed.  Cranson returned and he was humming the same tune he had earlier.

******

“Cranson will be gone for awhile.  Come with me, Sawyer.”

Mr. Hightower pulled him up by the arm and led him down the hall to his bedroom.  He pushed Sawyer into the room and closed the door.  Sawyer fell against the wall and braced himself before he hit his head.

“Cranson must never know what goes on in here.  This is my special room on the sixth floor.  Cranson does not know about it nor does he know that many guests have come here.”  He pulled Sawyer to his feet.  “We wouldn’t want to upset him, would we?”

Sawyer shook his head and said a weak, “No.”
