Potluck Bean Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups canned butter beans
2 cups canned kidney beans
2 cups canned green beans
2 cups yellow beans
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup red onions, chopped
1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp celery seeds
Instructions:
Drain out the beans into a large salad bowl and add pepper, celery as well as onion chunks into it.
Give a quick stir to mix well and keep aside.
Pour olive oil in a saucepan and splash in vinegar.
Throw in celery seeds in addition to sugar and bring to a rolling boil.
Remove from heat right away and tip it over the salad ingredients.
Toss gently to mix well and place a lid on top.
Refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to mature and serve at your next Potluck.
