His clients include all levels of government, Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, including the World Bank, small and medium sized corporate enterprises, and Indigenous Peoples.

Cynthia F. Joseph is an integral part of the Indigenous Corporate Training Inc. team. She is co-author of ICT Inc. books and is the main developer of the online training programs. Cindy holds Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia and is a faculty member at Capilano University Paralegal Program.
