Quentin, a retired professor and recent survivor of cancer, has just suffered the loss of his lifetime partner. Needing help, he hires an uptight, out of work, Afro-American male nurse. Together they embark on a mission to rehabilitate a drug addict who breaks into Quentin’s garage.
