As a continuation of the Learn to Love Yourself eBook series, we start exploring the voids we “see” in life and progress by taking responsibility for them. Our most powerful, inspirational values stem from these voids. They are what we feel is missing in our lives, and why we feel the limitless energy to attain them.

Using this realization, we commit to forgiving and accepting that our loved ones did the best they could. We can kickoff regaining our power from relationships. We will be “triggered” by them again, but by understanding how these voids are beneficial to our truths, we can react from a place of tranquility instead of defensiveness.

Remember, the way we see life is skewed because of our values and beliefs. So that’s to say, the way others see life is based on their values. By understanding that when people are “judging us” is just that they’re “expressing their values”, we can start to be accepting of judgment as what it is, self-expression. With the same understanding, we can give ourselves permission to express our beautiful unique selves. Simply because our truths matter.

As an aide to personal development, we will also start looking at how to build authentic affirmations. They possess the power to transition our lives. From my personal experience, I offer you several methods to construct affirmations. Besides that, we will also be considering how to make them a reality so that you can start flourishing.
