好好吃一頓
前陣子看了齣日劇《俠飯》,主角是一名黑道組長,除了在刀下生活,也愛拿起廚房的那把,作美味料理與夥伴分享。跑路生活不過餬口就好,老大卻分外堅持:「做我們這行的,也不知道什麼時候會死,我只是不想隨便應付每一餐而已。」
年底將屆,同事們嚷著想看關於食物的封面故事,道理是相通的,今年過得有多辛勞、用力,甚至狼狽、倦怠,即使只是紙上聞香,也覺得被滿桌佳餚療癒了。
於是我們想到不如請最懂美味的主廚們角色互換,當大家的味蕾嚮導,透過他們無私且專業分享,得到更飽足的撫慰。主廚舌尖不是只挑高貴、稀有。喜愛去的餐廳小店多半是跟人生軌跡有所連結,從輕鬆聊談中馳放高壓心情,獲取新能量;有些是具有共通風格,對食物與風土一樣珍視的價值。「食欲就是一輩子的事,分享創作的熱情,藉由料理建立的互動,或許可說是能長久維持的人際關係。」日本作家桐島洋子如是說。吃一頓不僅是滿足脾胃,是咀嚼生活幸福的味道,不管日子如何,請一定要好好吃。-- 副主編 吳書萱
