“THIS LOOKS amazing,” said Diether when she placed the plate on the table. She’d brought out strawberry and blackberry jams, yoghurt, and a jar frozen blueberries that she’d microwaved and sprinkled with just a touch of sugar.
“Hopefully this will make up for your night on the couch,” she said, licking a bit of sugar from her lips.
“That couch is surprisingly comfortable,” he said. “Plus I’ve got some really great memories built up there already.”
Anna blushed at the remark, remembering their fumbling escapades from the previous weekend. She could tell that he’d become concerned that he’d said something to make her uncomfortable, so she smiled at him and said, “I guess we should move on to someplace else next time, huh?”
Diether stuffed a large piece of rolled up crepe with blueberries and yogurt into his mouth and grinned at her.
“So there’s going to be a next time?” he asked when he’d finished chewing.
It might have been a response to the emotional highs and lows of the last twenty four hours, or it might have been the way he looked sitting there with his disheveled hair and un-tucked shirt, but Anna felt desire for him suddenly overwhelm her.
She pushed her chair back and went to him, lifting a leg over his to straddle him. She pulled her shirt over her head, revealing her completely naked body to him, and she leaned forward...
