The edition houses statutes of the two most important International Courts of Human Rights: Inter-American Court of Human Rights and European Court of Human Rights.
The first has its headquarters in Costa Rica and, together with the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, assures the human rights and freedoms in the Americas.
The second, stablished at Strasbourg, has jurisdiction to hear allegations of violations of the European Convention on Human Rights.
