House Therapy is a book about You!

Because it is a book about your home.

Each room in your abode has a story to tell about you and your loved ones. The colours, style and decoration all offer clues about who you really are. What other building in your life reflects more closely your tastes and feelings?

Discover who you really are at home!

House Therapy could be called a manual for living, a road map with directions home. Spend some time with this book and you will find out a few secrets. Unlock the past and release a more inspiring you.

You might meet the ghosts that haunt your home or dance with the Bathroom Queen. The bedroom has a few stories to tell and who has a special place in their home? Hoarders and budding chefs all make an appearance in House Therapy.

There are several traditions, which employ some awareness about living circumstances and structures, Feng Shui, is one from the Chinese culture, and Vastu Shastra is another from the Ayurvedic Indian tradition – these two philosophies share a concern with the lay-out and placement of your home in relation to the surrounding geography and the universe. I will be including some wisdom derived from both these sources in my House Therapy compendium, and this knowledge will be utilised in the form of things that you can do to help your situation. For example you may be advised to clear out old furniture which is connected to past relationships; or you might need to look at  rearranging patterns and room functions within your home; and if all else fails where and what to move into, when creating  a new home.

Homes are pretty important and we value them highly in our societies, both monetarily and emotionally, whether a house, or an apartment, or something else - whatever you call home matters a lot to you. House Therapy shares the history of humanity's connection to home. House Therapy draws on some of the great mind's and writers, like Einstein, Dickens, Dostoevsky, Gurdjieff, Stern, Jung and many more, to elucidate our connection to our homes.

Our home is our mother's womb holding us safe and comfortable in a sometimes challenging world.

House Therapy offers you insight and an opportunity to contemplate who you really are.

Take the time to read and thnik about your home and therefore your life.
