Here she is forced to defend her honour from those determined to acquire what they desire without fear or regard to the consequences. Set against the beginning of the American War of Independence in 1771 Dead Men Lie is simply a good old fashioned story, elements of deceit, love, mystery, intrigue and adventure. It has a beginning, middle and end and tells of Abigails desperate struggle against evil and those that use it for their own good.

The villian is the parish priest Edward bayles a man who uses his position to scare his parishoners into doing his bidding. he is what all villians should be. He's nasty, wicked and horrible just the sort of man to despise but like all villians his days are numbered. Our hero appears from the most unlikeliest quarter while murder and mayhem run rampent through the town. is there any hope for those that live in Stormouth? You will have to read to find out, whatever occures those brave enough to read on will be taken on an exciting and thrilling journey.
