Conservative Girl

Conservative Girl is Rebecca Starrett trying to climb up the greased pole of Washington political broadcasting. Her tactics are smarts, determination and a little blackmail just to seal the deal. The object of her disgust is the corrupt and licentious Senator Iselin, an old school chauvinist pig and more than her match in cunning. Debating him on camera she pushes his outrage button until his nose pops a vessel on camera. It's television, and if it bleeds, it leads. Now famous for fifteen minutes she is chased by the snakes of cable news and is nearly ruined when her father, the one true friend in her life and the man who taught her to shoot, dies.
