Collective Anthology Of Poetry

Here we have it: All the group anthologies I have ever compiled and published; republished in 1 large collection. Be warned, there is the inclusion ‘tong and cheek’. Often writers refer to themselves, so you are not a target to scorn, or any other form of abuse! I hope to see you run, when being chased by this pun!

In my vision I smelled rotten meat, and soon I learned it was Donald Tweet. He sent some soldiers off to war, and then he considered whatever for! He sent lethal weapons to the schools, and when the community objected, he thought them fools. A British lassie opened the gate and a lapdog Yankie took the bait. But never mind if he’s your mate; just raise a glass to his fate. Bite the rocket man in the balls, and draw your sword when the KGB calls. We think exile was his actual goal, to a place he nicknamed ‘Shithole’.

This anthology is a selected collection of poems with no specific topic. The submitting poets are all members of the facebook group once known as ‘I am Poetry’, and this anthology was the first anthology ever by the group. The first anthology was named ‘I am Poetry’, but both the secret poetry group and the anthology’s name has been changed to ‘Wooers Maiden With Poetry’. The contributing poets are from all corners of the earth and every culture. Our poets are of the best on facebook and on the entire planet! In fact, some may not even be from this planet! Hahaha! We have welcomed all English speaking poets to join our group, and experience the warmth of their fellow writers, and you, the reader!

On a final note: I am saddened to announce that several of our contributing poets have passed away since contributing their work. Their contribution will always be cherished and this book may be your final opportunity to read their masterpieces.
