The second portion of the book deals with the psychodynamics of sexual harassment and gender discrimination, placing these violations in proper psychological perspective, along the same lines as rape, battering and other forms of gender-based abuse. The wide spectrum of psychological consequences of discrimination will be discussed and an effective and integrative model for intervention and treatment will be presented.
