Cheryl's Song

Cheryl Fields entered the world of Black Greek pledging as a freshman, helping her boyfriend-to-be pledge a fraternity. After that, she became a central figure in the family that is Black Greek-Letter Organizations.

Cheryl learned that God has plans for our lives, plans that are not impressed with Greek sweaters and Step Shows. Her teacher, a new pledge to boyfriend Mike's fraternity, has to hide his friendship with her to avoid the wrath of the beasts he is pledging under. In 1979, on the campus of Maryland State University, people have died pledging.
