Fitness by definition is the state or quality of achieving a level of health, and is used as a measure of how healthy we are. Physical activity occur whenever the body is in motion, whether it be on the job, social or daily activity. Usually just staying active is sufficient enough, but by maintaining a proper diet will help achieve even a more healthier body. It's important to stay active, and if not, the body will age prematurely. Therefore exercise when done properly improves the body physically as well as mentally, and sometimes mentally and at least therapy.
