4-War on sugar--A great killer of glucose spikes in the blood, due to quick sugar-level drops are...veggies, whole wheat fibers, and brown rice, nuts, and most importantly, balanced meals.
5-Wine Enjoyment--Like the French do it--a glass of red wine a day will increase the good life by 50% according to university studies, and of course wine dependency.
