脐痈是发生在脐部的急性化脓性疾患。具有痈的一切特点，但若溃后久不收口，会形成脐漏或肠漏。本病之病因，多由心脾湿热、火毒流入小肠结于脐中；或脐中出水瘙痒经搔抓染毒而引起。本病经久不愈可导致脾胃虚弱。治疗以清热解毒为主；日久脾胃虚弱以补养脾胃为主。
