腹部内伤是指脘腹内气血、经络及其脏腑,包括肝、胆、脾、胃、肠、肾、膀胱、睾丸等的闭合性损伤。腹部内伤轻则伤及腹壁气血经络,重则伤及腹内脏器。由于脘腹部不像胸部有肋骨保护,故外受直接暴力后易致内脏发生破裂。如实质性脏器破裂,易发生大出血和休克等,若空腔脏器破裂,易导致穿孔和弥漫性腹膜炎。 腹部内伤其发病原因主要有迸力伤、间接伤、直接伤三种,使气阻经络,淤血内积,若腹部内伤后未及时治疗或治疗不彻底,则宿血不去,气血失养而致腹部陈伤,所以临床上应辨证论治。
