When Mia finds herself bored and burned out teaching high school, she decides to pursue her life-long dream of writing a book, but needs to do it during the day while at school. Trials and tribulations of working with teenagers all day as well as a best friend who sneaks in and out of closets with her in-school lover provide Mia with more than enough material for her book. Her writing challenge soon becomes more difficult as she tries to juggle her own new love interestanother teacher at schoolwhile keeping the secret from her husband of fifteen years who is loving but set in his ways.
