The asking of a question is not necessarily a bad thing unless it is of cause over done or not timely; therefore the question "Why" surely has its place in the conscious of man and other intelligent beings as well.. A question is to be asked to obtain more information, a greater insight, or clarity of a fact or theory. This asking could of course be the seeking for new information, something one just doesn’t know. What is often harmful is the asking for no reason, playing, or "speed asking"- I made this term up- it means that one is thinking too fast for the information that he or she already has.
