White Rock
By: David E. Salton

For Jack, Wayne, and Buzzy, the outdoors is a playground where they explore pirate ships, star cruisers, the Alamo, World War II submarines, and more. For three kids in Walton, New York, in the 1950s, a little imagination goes a long way. Whether it’s through the creation of their own island or the discovery of Scout Tower, the three adventurers in White Rock will take readers back to — or help them discover for the first time — a magical place where kids are free to roam and adults can find the kids within themselves.

If you are looking for a good romp and have a healthy imagination, come along. If you can keep up, you’re going to have a very good ride.
