If you were like us, way back when, in the days of estrogen-flushed youth, you were convinced that by the time you reached middle age, a cure for old age and Menopause would be discovered, and it would be a nonexistent event in your Life.

YOUR body parts would never migrate south, YOUR sexuality would never wane, you would never turn into a raging shrew- screaming at YOUR loved ones and raging at strangers, and beads of sweat would never pour like small rivers from YOUR temples.

Not for US - the graying hair, sagging breasts, floppy arms and padded hips! Surely, those awful ills would spawn an entire movement to find a cure…Telethons would spring up; research facilities would devote themselves, day and night, to finding remedies and vaccines.

Well, surprise, surprise! Life is short and time is fleeting, and Whammo! Here we are, and there’s no magical cure in sight. Bugger!

Day by day, we slip deeper and deeper into the process of becoming like our mothers, aunts, and dare we say, grandmothers.

We wallow in self-pity, as we wage war on what we find staring back at us in the mirror, ‘Who IS this hag, and why does she keep trying to fit into my clothes?’

We cry and moan and grieve. We starve and battle our bodies. We lose little pieces of ourselves daily, one way or another, and secretly fear we’re losing our minds, too.
How DARE this curse befall US!

It is our sincerest prayer that you are NOT one of the millions of women doing any of the things just mentioned above. Because if you are, you are throwing away considerable precious energy that can be used elsewhere, and you are certainly overlooking the great gift that MENOPAUSE is actually meant to be.

We can hear you gasp from here, ‘GIFT?’ ‘GIFT?? You call this a GIFT???’ Yes, we can and yes, we do! And we’re here to help you begin to see this life transition for what it truly is: the greatest ‘Reset Button’ that life can possibly hurl your way.

Menopause is a perfectly natural phase in a woman’s life, but is often not treated as such by mainstream medicine. We are taught to feel that Menopause is in fact a ‘failing’ of our bodies, an ailment that must be corrected by drugs, be they synthetic hormones, antidepressants, diuretics, tranquilizers or worse.

Yes, of course, this time of transition often brings with it numerous beauty and health challenges, depression, and a host of other physical, mental and emotional challenges. We would be lying if we pretended otherwise.

Our bodies (and minds) are changing, and it can be tough watching our outer appearance change, right along with our shifting inner hormones but here’s HELP! Gail and Carrie are here to teach you everything you need to know about peri menopause and Menopause and have taken the guess work out of the process! Let them help you begin your amazing journey today!
