It describes such treatments as Water Softeners or Condtioners, Irom Removal systems, Ozone treatment and Reverse Osmosis systems. It describes problems and how to test for various problems and discusses iron removal systems, water softeners and water conditiner, Ozone treatment and Reverse Osmosis. It has a glossary at the back of the book. I wrote the book so that people could understand the quality of their water and what they require to fix problems they have with. It includes a section for municpal water supplies but it also deals more extensively with rural water problems. About 15% of the population in Canada and the United States live in rural areas and are responisble for the protection of their own water supply. This book will help people understand their needs.
