A preface briefly lays out the object of essay. Chapter 1 surmises that harmonic frequencies can leverage atomic particles apart and fuse them together by what I call derailment and enrailment. We discuss some analogies in nature. Chapter 2 describes a chamber that ionizes hydrogen, converts protons into neutrons with harmonic EMF, then more harmonics to produce Helium. We discuss potential surplus energy, some problems in conceptualization of this energy. Chapter 3 discusses briefly some consequences of this process. Whether the Philosopher's Stone will be available to produce gold from base metals is possible, yet we think using harmonics to decontaminate radioactive pollution is distinctly possible.
