Wait for Me: Part One

Didier Juste had a plan. An internship with one of the top recording labels in New York City, then start his own record label under one of the biggest music groups in the country. He’s driven, but struggling with a past he can’t seem to escape. He meets Serra Jean, a discerning, sarcastic, young college student who is sassy, sexy, and effortless. The problem is Serra is seven years younger. Soon DJ discovers the ultimate game changer, her voice. Serra, on the other hand, is convinced that something strange is occurring between them. Things mystical enough to prove years later that they are connected to each other in a way neither could have fathomed. Unfortunately for DJ and his past, they are things he’s not entirely ready to accept, because what’s a bad boy without a few skeletons in his closet. At the center of the story is a romance that sees its fair share of trials and tribulations as the main characters push one another, in a battle of wills, almost to the teetering edge.
